Shaafihost provides web hosting, domain registration, and related infrastructure services. Service provisioning may involve manual setup by our technical team to ensure quality and security before activation.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Billing & Renewals

Services are billed according to the billing cycle selected at the time of purchase (monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, semiannually, or annually). You will receive renewal reminders before your service is due. Failure to renew by the due date may result in suspension of the service.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. We do not store your card details on our servers. All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT as configured on our platform.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, violation of these terms, or use of our services for illegal or abusive purposes.

7. Limitation of Liability

Shaafihost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to data loss or service downtime.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
